Licensed in 1976 while attending College, I have made a lifelong career in the Real Estate business. I have specialized in New construction, Residential sales, relocation and Luxury home marketing. I am one of the founding Guild members of the Institute for luxury Home Marketing and have received their prestigious CLHMS designation, a Prudential Fine Homes International Specialist and hold a Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS ) from the National Association of Realtors. My dedication and Excitement to the business is fueled by the extraordinary people I get to work with and my passion for homes. I have a fundamental belief that everyone should have the privilege and the right to own a home. I would guess, that I have been involved with over 1,000 transactions in my career and each and every one of them had a unique set of circumstances that were at the same time challenging and rewarding. My goal on each transaction, whether I represented the buyer or seller was to provide my clients with such a terrific Real Estate experience, that when we got to the closing table, all parties where happy and satisfied and sharing experiences, contact information and Handshakes and Hugs.
